A very rare circa First World War period 'British Red Cross Society Isle of Wight gilt and enamel badge', the reverse with maker's details 'J.R Gaunt London' and awarded to '41208 A.H. GLEDHILL'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
