A good original pre 1967 period 'Leicester City Special Constable cap badge', large chromium plated blue enamel title circlet bearing blue enamel '405' number to centre on polished ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'HIATT B'HAM'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin light surface scratches.
