A scarce original post 1952 Queen Elizabeth II period late issue 'The British Red Cross Society Honorary Vice President badge'; small gold chromium plated example in the form of crowned oval title surround, red cross to centre on white enamel ground, three part scroll below 'HONORARY VICE PRESIDENT'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no defects to the enamel.
