Roedean School 1911 Hm Silver Distintion badge by Sussex Goldsmith Co Brighton

A scarce original circa 1911 period fine quality 'Roedean School badge of distintion'; translucent blue enamel surround the centre with the interwined letters 'RS' on white enamel ground; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1911 and maker's details 'WJD' (William James Dingley) with retailers mark 'Sussex Goldsmith Co Brighton'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, tiny flaw to enamel in the 3 o'clock position.
