A good original circa 1974 period 'Claybury Mental Hospital nurses qualification badge'; chromium plated example in the form of a red enamel cross, the central white title circlet with embossed Water Tower to centre on seeded ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Regent St. Birmingham' inscribed to the recipient 'S.W.TAY JUNE 1974'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings with safety roller catch in good working order, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
