Somerset Special Constabulary police reserve badge

A good original circa post 1930 issue 'Somerset Special Constabulary badge'; large gilt brass title circlet inlaid with blue enamel, bearing gilt shield to voided centre displaying a 'Dragon holding a Mace'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel.
