WW1 British Red Cross Society County of Buckingham 88 Detachment badge

A scarce original First World War period 'British Red Cross Society County of Buckingham gilt and enamel badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R Gaunt London' and inscribed '3969 BUCKS 88'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
Height approx 48mm.
