Victoria Infirmary Glasgow 1923 silver hallmarked nurses hospital badge

A scarce original circa 1929 early issue 'Victoria Infirmary Glasgow silver and enamel badge', the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1923 and maker's details 'J.R.& W.L.' (J R & W Laing Gordon Street, Glasgow Scotland) and inscribed 'JANET L.THOM'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
