A scarce original end of World War One '1919 peace celebration pin brooch', in the form of a nickel plated dove bearing blue enamel ribbon title scroll 'PEACE' attached to an original card backing with colour printed crossed Union Jack and White Ensign and inscribed:
'Veterans Day.'
'IMPERIAL MEMORIAL TO OUR GLORIOUS DEAD' 'A Real Bullet from the Battlfield. Lest we Forget.'

Very good mint condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, card clean and intact.
