WW1 Royal Marine Artillery Victory Medal Motor Driver

Awarded to 'R.M.A. 1623-S- DR G MALPAS.'

George Malpas of Southsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire, held the unusual rank of Motor Driver and enlisted into the RMA in January 1916 and served most of the war attached to the Royal Navy Anti Aircraft Brigade. He was discharged in July 1919.
