A scarce original First World War period 'St.John Voluntary Aid Detachment hat badge' large circular die-cast nickel hat badge, worn during the First World War by a members of St John Ambulance Voluntary Aid Detachment. Very good condition, complete with two original shortened blades with small drilled holes.
