WW1 On war service Farrier badge for supplying horseshoes to British Army

A rare original First World War period 'On War Service badge' for a Farrrier assigned to supply a quota of horseshoes for the British Army whilst carrying out his normal blacksmith horse shoeing skills; large Crowned embossed bronze horseshoe inscribed 'ON WAR SERVICE' to recessed centre, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Bradford'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting.
