WW2 Royal Observer Corps qualification pin badge

A scarce original post 1941 unusual SMALL silver plated home front badge with pale blue enamel circlet 'Forewarned is Forearmed' and 'Royal Observer Corps', surmounted by a King's Crown, the centre depicting an Elizabethan coastwatcher holding a flaming torch and scanning the horizon. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, small nick to the enamel below crown, minor service wear.
