British Army Rough Rider riding instructor remount trainer trade badge

A scarce original early 20th century army proficiency badge representing the Military Rough-Riders, responsible for breaking-in new horses and new recruits for the cavalry; in the form of a brass spur this example retains its original three loop fittings with split pins. Very good condition.
