WW2 Nottingham Services Comforts Fund voluntary knitter badge

A scarce original wartime period 'Nottingham Services Comforts Fund home front pin badge'; silver plated blue enamel title circlet, the centre depicting a ball of wool and crossed knitting needles on red enamel ground within 'Voluntary Knitter' scrolls; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Ltd Bradford Works Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel and retaining its original silvered finish.
