T.S.S Cassandra Ships Bouy Badge, renamed Carmia1925

A scarce original circa pre 1925 early Edwardian period 'TSS Cassandra pin badge'; a very attractive looking large gilt brass example in the form of a white enamel bouy, mounted to the centre with the 'Donaldson Line Company Flag' in red, white and blue enamel.Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minimal surface scratches. Height 28mm.
In 1929 'Carmia' was sold to Bernstein, Germany, and was renamed 'Drachenstein'.
