Boer War Defenders of Ladysmith association badge

A rare original circa 1940's 'Defenders of Ladysmith Association' gilt and enamel lapel badge, the reverse with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Bradford Works Birmingham' an address format used between 1945 and 1954 . Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no defects to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
