A scarce original EIIR issue 'British Red Cross Society officer's hat badge', red cross shield within a blue enamel title circlet, tri-part Latin motto below 'Inter Arma Caritas' (In War, Charity). Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings, no defects to the enamel .
