Nottingham Federation WI handicrafts exhibition badge

A scarce original pre 1928 period 'Nottinghamshire Federation Women's Institutes Exhibition pin badge', gilt brass example in the form of a red enamel shield the centre bearing a 'WI' monogram with scrolls inscribed 'NOTTS EXHIBITION', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Bradford' a pattern used between 1908 and 1928. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no loss of enamel however there is some minor stress to top scroll, gilt finish remains bright.
