A scarce original circa Victorian period 'Primrose League Ruling Councillor's pin badge', designed to be worn with or without the ribbon; the reverse with maker's details 'T&JB' (T & J Bragg & Co. Birmingham) and with Registered Design number 'Rd 41562' (1886). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, original silk suspension ribbon with safety pin fitting, no damage to the enamel.
