St John Ambulance Association Great Western Railway GWR sleeve badge

A scarce original large nickel circular convex arm badge, the centre depicting the St. John Ambulance Maltese Cross logo within title surround 'The St. John Ambulance Association' incorporating a small 'Rd111905' Registration, Design and Patent number for the year 1888' with scroll below bearing the 'Great Western Railway' initial 'G.W.R'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin.
