Robertsons Golly bagpiper white waistcoat advertising badge F&S DIE C

A rare original circa 1950's period 'Robertson's Bagpiper Golly promotional pin badge'; wearing white waistcoat, light blue coat and displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred' on bagpipe bag, the reverse impressed in relief with maker's details 'F&S' (Fattorini & Sons, Birmingham); please note the manufactures intentional flaw to Chanter that runs into the leg. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
