A very scarce original Second World War period 'Wolverhampton Air Raid Precautions Messenger Corps pin badge', gilt and blue enamel winged 'Wolverhampton' title strap, 'ARP' to centre on white enamel ground with 'Messenger Corps' scroll below; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Fattorini & Sons Ltd, Bradford Works Birmingham'. Condition is poor with extensive enamel loss, price reflects.
Width 38mm.

Manufacturer marked ' Thos.Fattorini, B'ham ' to reverse. Good, used condition with one scratch to enamel.
