Eccles and Patricroft Hospital 1935 silver nurses qualification badge Manchester

A scarce original 1930's period 'Eccles and Patricroft Hospital badge'; blue enamel title surround, the centre with embossed enamelled shield bearing 'Eccles Borough Coat of Arms'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Limited Birmingham', silver hallmarks for 1935 and inscribed 'P. Howes 1935 - 1938.' Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, minor flaws to the enamel. Diameter 26mm.
The hospital closed in June 1985.
