A scarce original pre 1950's possibly Second World War period 'British Red Cross Society technical badge' with 'Trained Nurse' bar, the reverse impressed with official issue number '2102' and inscribed to the recipient 'D. CATER', complete with original silk ribbon and gilt buckle suspension with pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
