British Red Cross Society for 15 years service badge

A good original post 1953 'British Red Cross Society 15 years service badge'; small yellow chromium plated enamel example, displaying a Queen Elizabeth II Crown. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
