RMS Queen Elizabeth Cunard Shipping Line Badge by Stratton's Made in England

A good original circa 1960's period 'R.M.S.Queen Elizabeth' gilt and enamel souvenir pin brooch in the form of a cut out miniature representation of the Cunard Line ship; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'STRATTON'S MADE IN ENGLAND'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. Width 42mm.
'R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth' was in service for 'Cunard Line' she started her maiden voyage 1940. The ship was completely destroyed by the fire in 1972 and sunk in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour.
