A scarce original post 1953 pair of matching 'Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service Nursing Sister tippet rank badge', gold wire bullion padded Queen's Crown surmounting Queen Alexandra cypher of crossed initials 'A' intertwined around a gold wire anchor, Red Cross below within bullion circle, the reverse with black hession backing and attached to white cotton epaulettes with name inside of each 'A HIDE". Very good condition, colour and bullion remain bright, a few minor moth nips to edge of one.
