A good original 'Royal College of Nursing union membership badge'; unusual convex better quality chromium plated rectangle example with rounded corners, bearing blue and red enamel stylised hands on white gloss ground; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'FATTORINI'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings with safety roller catch in good working order, no damage to the enamel.
