London Transport Railway 1964 Hm silver Station Master cap badge

A scarce original circa 1960's period 'London Transport Station Master cap badge'; large silver gilt roundel inlaid with yellow enamel and supported by Griffin's, title bar across the centre inlaid in black; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1964, maker's details 'JRG&S' (J.R.Gaunt & Son) and impressed with official issue number '3403'. Good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin, smal enamel flaw to top ring left.
