Chatelaine Housekeepers 1898 silver lucky charm brooch by Pearce & Thompson Birmingham

A rare original Victorian antique in the form of a 'Chatelaine pin badge' impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1898, maker's details 'P&T' (Pearce & Thompson Vyse Street, Birmingham and 'Rd 310734' a Registered Design and Patent Date for the year 1898; the curtain pole style hollow bar from which is suspended a miniature thimble, scissors, scent bottle. penknife and button hook. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings and old replacement hook.
