Polish ZOR Reserve Officers Association badge c.1922-39

A scarce original circa 1922 to1939 period late issue 'Polish Reserve Officers Association gilt metal badge' in the form of a white enamel small convex Maltese Cross superimposed over crossed swords and bearing the letters to the topmost arms 'ZOR' (Związek Oficerów Rezerwy); the centre with an applied red enamel shield mounted with a crowned Polish Eagle. Good condition, complete with screw back fitting and retaining nut, enamel with small hairline mark to left lower arm, evidence of lead solder to reverse around the screw.
