WW1 Royal Flying Corps gold wing RFC pin badge

A scarce original First World War 1914 period fine quality 'Royal Flying Corps gold sweetheart brooch'; polished RFC monogram within crowned laurel wreath on lined ground, flanked by small finely feathered wings, the reverse impressed '9ct Gold' and maker's details 'A.Bros' (Ahronsberg Brothers Birmingham). Good condition, complete with original pin fittings with replacement hook with safety roller catch in good working order.
Wingspan approx 40mm.
