Burma Star Association membership badge

A good original early issue, post-1951 'Burma Star Association membership lapel badge' designed on the style of the Burma Campaign Star in gilded brass and inlaid with yellow and green enamel, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, minor service wear. Height 26mm.
The Burma Star Association was officially founded on the 26th February 1951.
