RMS Queen Elizabeth Cunard White Star Shipping Line ships wheel badge

A good original circa 1940's first period 'R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth Shipping Line gilt and enamel pin brooch', the Cunard and White Star Line company enamelled flags mounted to the centre of a ship's wheel. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no enamel loss, hairline in the 9 o'clock position, hardly visible to the naked eye.
Diameter 27mm.
'R.M.S. Queen Elizabeth' was in service for 'Cunard White Star Line' she started her maiden voyage 1940. The ship was completely destroyed by the fire in 1972 and sunk in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour.
