A good original circa 1907 to 1950 period 'Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve QAIMNSR nickel badge', worn on the cap and also on the collar, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin.
