Boy Scouts Commissioner EPNS hat badge purple bristle plume

A scarce original circa 1916 to 1928 2nd pattern 'Commissioner unattached officer's hat badge"; arrowhead in circle bearing 'Be Prepared' scroll below; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'JAW&Co', 'Rd 535292' a design and patent year of 1909 and 'E.P.N.S' (Electro Plated Nickel Silver). Good condition, complete with original faded purple bristle plume, correct amount of bobbles top and bottom and complete with ONE of two original loop fittings. Price reflects.
