WW1 3rd Bn King’s Liverpool Regiment silver war badge

A good original First World War period 'Silver War Badge official issue number 'B334150'; unmarked silver circlet inscribed 'For King And Empire Services Rendered' bearing crowned 'GRI' Imperial Cypher to voided centre. Very good condition, complete with pin fittings. Diameter 33mm.
Silver War Badge B334150 was awarded to 89418 Private Fred Smith of the 3rd Bn King’s Liverpool Regiment. He enlisted on the 26th October 1917 and was discharged with the award of the Silver War Badge on the 11th October 1919. He did not serve overseas, therefore this is his sole entitlement for Great War service.
