A scarce original First World War period English made lapel badge; gilt brass blue enamel title circlet '1914-1915 Service Du Ravitaillement' (Supply Service) the centre bearing a 'Belgium Lion' inscribed below 'Armee Belge'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
