WW2 Royal Arsenal Woolwich Royal Ordnance Factory officially numbered badge

A good original Second World War period 'Royal Arsenal Woolwich hand painted brass personalised lapel badge' bearing the 'Board of Ordnance' shield, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'T & S Ltd B'Ham' and stamped with official issue number 'B3990'. Good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, small knock to left lower edge.
