A rare original circa late Victorian period 'Galway Cycle and Athletic Club membership pin badge'; superb and imposing silver plated example depicting a winged cycle wheel with voided spokes inscribed in blue enamel 'GALWAY C&AC' the reverse with maker's details 'FENWICK'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
