A scarce original late issue pre-1983 'General Nursing Council For England & Wales, State Registered Nurse for the Mentally Subnormal chromium plated enamel pin badge, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Regent St. Birmingham' and awarded to 'R.N.M.S.11781'. Very good clean condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel with minor service wear.
