A scarce original 1950 to 1956 issue 'British Railways Midland Region cap badge'; gilt brass example depicting a lion astride a wheel, the centre 'Crimson Lake' red enamel bar inscribed 'INSPECTOR'. Fair condition, complete with one original loop fitting, enamel loss to title bar.
