Conservative & Unionist political party supporters lapel badge

A good original circa 1940's small pattern 'Conservative & Unionist badge' in the form of a gilt brass title strap inlaid with dark blue enamel and inscribed 'Onward' the centre depicting in relief the united emblems of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, a Rose, Thistle, Daffodil and Shamrock. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
