WW2 Telegraph Construction and Maintenance Co Telcon ARP badge

A very rare original Second World War period 'Telegraph Construction and Maintenance Company ARP air raid precautions badge'; large gilt shield depicting the companies 'TC&M Ltd' TELCON logo on cream enamel ground, with red 'A.R.P.' scroll below; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel, minor stress line to 'T' of logo.
Height approx 30mm.
