WW2 Royal Borough of Kensington ARP air raid precautions armband

A rare ORIGINAL Second World war period armband believed to be worn by the ARP warden as a subtle area identification method; large wide white cotton twill example, red printed 'R.B.K.' letters within rectangular surround. Very good condition, complete with all tape ties, minor age discolouration.
