RAF No 230 OCU Royal Air Force Operational Conversion Unit badge
A scarce original early Elizabeth II period 'RAF No 230 O.C.U.' gilt and enamel badge, the centre depicting a sword superimposed over waves with motto 'Temper the Sword', the reverse with maker's details 'H.W.Miller Ltd B'Ham.18'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
