Great Gugnunc Daily Mirror WLOG childrens club badge

A very scarce original circa late 1920's 'Wilfredian League of Gugnunc' small brass badge, depicting the cartoon strip character of Wilfred the rabbit, with incised long ears, eyes and whiskers inlaid with white and blue enamel, surmounted by a red horseshoe scroll 'GREAT GUGNUNC' and letters 'WLOG'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Hockley St (Birmingham Ltd)' a name and address used from 1919 to 1927 when the firm dropped (Birmingham) from its name and moved to Regent Street, Birmingham. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
