Imperial Airways BOAC Airline early pattern gilt pilots wing badge

A rare original post 1939 transitional period 'British Overseas Airways Corporation pilot's wing badge', on the exact style of the former Imperial Airways slim wing but with central seeded shield plain without the 'I A' monogram, the reverse with original two loop fittings. Very good condition, gilt remains bright.
