WW2 Polish Relief Fund fundraisers enamel flag stick pin badge

A scarce original circa 1939 Second World War period British made 'Polish Relief Fund fundraisers small gilt and enamel badge' in the form of the National Flag of Poland, white over red horizontal stripes; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original single stick pin, no damage to the enamel.
Height of flag 15mm.
